“Having had some really bad and expensive experiences with larger project home builders I decided to custom build my first home. I was referred to Glendon Brae Homes by Matt from Devine Drafting after he had custom designed a unique home for me. Glendon Brae Homes approach was vastly different to other builders I had approached for a tender. They were always focused on what I wanted to include in my home, and not what they wanted me to include, and the tender they provided was fully detailed with no exclusions or hidden costs. Standard items I wanted to change, or even supply myself, were done without hesitation and within my budget.

The quality of inclusions and level of finish throughout my entire home is extremely high and the attention to detail both internally and externally has been above my expectations and my family and friends always comment on this as well. All trades including plumbing, carpentry, tiling, kitchen, and electrical trades were all great to deal with and really took pride in the quality of their works. My neighbours were also impressed with the quality and levels of finish and they decided to build their home with Glendon Brae too. Defects have been minor or cosmetic only and were all attended too without hesitation. My entire building experience with Glendon Brae Homes was an enjoyable and stress-free one I’d gladly do it over again.
